Final artwork is due 21 days before the event. A 25% surcharge applies to all files delivered or orders placed after this date to cover urgent processing and logistics.

Orders must be placed at least 4 weeks prior to the event date.

Detailed measurements are shared immediately upon order confirmation.

Our standard terms are 50% upon order confirmation and the remaining 50% upon project completion.

Please provide your files as a Print-PDF with the following requirements:

  • All text must be converted to paths.

  • Files must not contain cut paths within the artwork.

  • Cut lines must be provided on a separate page or in a separate PDF file.

Files can be submitted to signage@mediaapparat.com via email attachment (up to 15 MB) or via a download link (e.g., WeTransfer or other cloud services).
